Captured on camera! Man crashes brand new Tata Nexon car into parked bikes

Buying a new car is everyone’s dream, but what if you crash it before it gets home. A video has gone viral on social media of a brand new Tata Nexon crashing into a series of parked bikes as it parked the car. The video was shared on Twitter by Sqn Ldr Vinod Kumar (Retd.) with the caption, “What a big arrival home?”

CCTV footage showed a residential company. It showed a resident bringing his new Tata Nexon car to the company door. While driving, he misjudged the lane and hit a series of parked two-wheelers.

Later, he also flipped. Here, it looked like the driver was pressing the accelerator instead of the brakes. According to the date of CCTV footage, the incident happened on Thursday.

After the video was shared on social media, it went viral. So far, the video has gotten 2,406 retweets, 16,379 likes and over 800,000 views on Twitter.

Many social media users flooded the comments section with some users finding the accident tragic, some making fun of the driver and others trying to find an explanation for how this accident must have happened.

One user wrote: “People have problems switching to automatic. The creeper function can only be controlled with the brakes. In the manuals, additional control in the form of a clutch pedal is available . In the automatic, only the right leg should be used. No role for the left leg.” Another user also claimed that the driver was a woman. “Since many are mistaken for him, she is the driver,” he wrote. Another wrote: “The man who opened the door was wrong, why did he open it. Why wasn’t he driving? Why didn’t he stop when he got in front of the car, just standing like a spectator, Shame on this man. All the fault was done by this man and people blaming an innocent woman. Another user said, “How it got from the showroom to the house, I’m curious”

Another user wrote, “How it got from showroom to home… Curious.” Another wrote: ‘This is misbehaviour. The driver took a sharp left turn too close to the corner, instead of going a bit further and making the turn from the center. The bikes were covered by the guard post, so they were out of sight of the driver.”

Another wrote: “I feel bad for two-wheeler owners. I have seen many RTOs where the inspector takes money and the driving school person helps the driver to take the test. Personally, I failed once because I didn’t go to driving school. So people with less experience pass the driving test.”
