  • In the Run dialog box, type ncpa.cpl and press Enter to open the Network Connections control panel.
  • Then right click on your active network card and select Properties.
  • In the properties window, click Configure button.
  • In the network adapter properties window, click Advanced tongue.
  • To select HT mode under the heading Property.
  • Click on Okay.
  • Exit the Network Connections control panel.
  • Restart the PC.

Check if you can now connect to the network; otherwise, try the next solution.

9]Set the IP and DNS address to Automatic

Set the IP and DNS address to Automatic

Proceed as follows:

  • hurry Windows key + R to call up the Run dialog box.
  • In the Run dialog box, type ncpa.cpl and press Enter to open the Network Connections control panel.
  • Then right click on the network connection you are using and click Properties.
  • Select and double-click on the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) possibility of modifying its properties.
  • In the General tab, make sure the radio button is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
  • Click on Okay to save the changes.
  • Click on Okay again to exit the properties of network connections.
  • Exit the Control Panel.
  • Restart the PC.

If you still cannot connect to the network using IPv6, try the next solution.

10]Use IPv4

If none of the solutions listed in this article worked for you, you can use IPv4 because IPv6 is not common anyway. To use IPv4 on your Windows PC, you need to disable IPv6, then your system will automatically default to IPv4 protocol.

Is IPv6 faster than IPv4?
