GTPL partners with Aprecomm to bring innovation to the customer experience through network intelligence

GTPL Hathway Limited, one of the largest full service operators (MSO) in India with cable TV distribution and broadband service distribution, today announced an investment in an innovative technology to remotely optimize its residential Wi-Fi connections through a partnership with Aprecomm. This AI technology will help GTPL reduce customer problem resolution time and improve the customer experience on its network of more than 700,000 high-speed connected homes.
AfterOmm’s AI engine enables GTPL to convert its home connections into AI-enabled Smart WiFi access points. The technology offers proactive monitoring and measurement of the wireless experience of connected devices and provides real-time information to improve network reliability and performance.
