STEM+ practice and experience is interdisciplinary learning to understand and learn areas of knowledge such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics, developing skills in students such as research, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, communication and collaboration.
The initiative was promoted by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Scientific Park of Social Innovation of the Minuto de Dios University. The above, through a March call, attended by 35 certified Secretaries of Education, were to be identified as STEM+ territories.
