It reveals three individuals with whom the police now hope to speak. The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday March 26 and shows people allegedly climbing onto the roof of the building before jumping off and entering the bin storage.
The trio are seen walking back and forth in the footage, with one pointing at the building and the other appearing to be using their phone’s camera. Smoke then begins to billow through the door.
